Our Nannies are vetted to ensure they meet our high standards. Each candidate undergoes an in-depth interview, a background check, and a screening process.

At a minimum, our Nannies possess:

• Relevant childcare qualifications or at least two years of paid experience working with children

• A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or QLD Blue Card

• Up-to-date First Aid certification

• Excellent English communication skills

• Exceptional references

Our Au Pairs are all thoroughly vetted to ensure they are the right fit for your family. Each candidate must provide: 

• Up-to-date First Aid certification

• Two great references

• Experience with children, or at the very least, a genuine passion for working with them

• Other requirements as needed by each family such as language skills, driving experience or specifical childcare or newborn experience
